Accreditation

Security has never been more important than today. Closing your backstage for unwanted guests is one of the main problems of most events.

With our accreditation module you can add zones to your work locations to be sure that your volunteers, crew, suppliers, press and artists receive the correct accreditation. You can link these zones to your backstage wristbands. This module can be linked to your planning, list and ticketing module.

Check In & Out

Who is already present at your event, who is late, who still needs to arrive. You can control all of this with our check-in/out module.

Ticketing

We reinvented the backstage check-in experience by using tickets.

Everyone loves to have a personal ticket, why not use it for your crew, suppliers, artists, guests and press. Personalise your tickets with your own banners and text. Scan these tickets with your smartphone or use our scanning devices.

Our ticketing module can not be used for paying visitors.

Digital Signing of Documents

Create your own personalised documents which people need to sign digitally before or at the event.

Press waivers, volunteer contract, renting contract of materials, ... You name it. You can even enforce just cameramen to sign film contracts.

Groups & Suppliers

Invite groups and/or suppliers to work at your event. Let them control their own planning and do the work for you. They can let their members do the work for them, if they would like to.

Communication

We've build a state of the art mailing system which gives you 100% freedom and control over your communication. Once you purchase this module you can send unlimited operational emails.

Marketing emails are not allowed in this system.

Rewards

Create your own rewards and assign them to your crew, volunteers or even your guests.

For financial rewards you can download a bank file and upload this into the system of your bank. All bank transfers are added automatically. Knowing you can use the provided bank account from crew or guests, you save many hours trying to get this information.
