New Feature: Digital Document Signing

By listening to the needs of our customers, we regularly create small new features or even entire modules. This time, we added a small feature with a huge impact!

Case study

Each year one of our clients has the problem; press attendees do not read and/or sign their press policy. Besides that, they also have to put a lot of effort in collecting this information, sending emails, sending reminders, centralising all documents,… 


We started brainstorming and found a solution for this particular problem at all events. The new feature lets you configure that a press visitor must first sign a document before they can download their press ticket. Even if the press attendee enters the press center without their ticket, they can only be checked in after they have signed this document.

So in short:

  • Our clients will save a lot of time,
  • After signing, the press attendee will immediately receive a copy of this document in their mailbox,
  • All their documents are centralised and safe,
  • Every press attendee at the event have signed this document, otherwise they can not receive any accreditation

We always listen to the needs of our customers. As you can imagine, our current customers are very happy with this new feature.
