How did it start?
The founders
Our co-founders Nick and Sam started working together back in 2016. They made a tool from scratch to help Nick prepare for a festival.
One thing led to another, and quickly "FestiDB" was used by several event organisers. Nick and Sam realised they were on to something. But they lacked the expertise to turn it into a full commercial product.
It was meant to be. They met Tim (head of design) and Frank (legal) and after that it all went fast. Eventication was born.

The platform
Our unique planning and accreditation module was launched. This state-of-the-art technology is the heart of the platform. It basically automates all the essential tasks. Zone restrictions, registrations, approval of different types of accreditation... And the best of all? It puts your crew data in each individual wrist band. Clean and simple. So you're always on top of resources.
2020. The platform got a complete make over. We listened to our clients' suggestions. And we did a major upgrade by adding: The Stock Manager. It works like a "Track & Trace" for your entire stock. Every allocated item is linked to the personal code on your crew's wrist band. No more lost or disappearing items.
